About the Role

As a Delivery Ops Manager, you will manage the performance and success of a small team of associates. You will collaborate effectively with leadership and the client. You will have an opportunity to improve operational efficiencies. Position is ON-SITE in Detroit (MI) – Relocation available.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership implementing and managing new and existing operational processes with varying degrees of complexity.
• Leading the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer stakeholders, Conduent program management team, and technical resources.
• Preparing and managing project implementation plans and schedules, project budget, and profit/loss.
• Coordinating between customer and program management team to ensure successful implementation and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years equivalent work experience in dealing with municipal government clients.
• 3+ years of experience in implementing and managing large-scale complex implementations.
• Able to demonstrate organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills along with proven negotiation and client relationships skills.
• Able to demonstrate advanced skills in Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Word software.
• Able to demonstrate proficiency in using Python programming language, Business Objects/ SAP applications, and ESRI mapping application.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $77,616- $100,800.
